Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibility is to prospect and qualify potential clients through outbound and inbound efforts. This is a key position for generating sales opportunities and supporting the sales team to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using various online tools, social media platforms, and databases.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs.
- Set up and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives (AEs).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Work closely with Account Executives to strategize and deliver quality leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies.
