Overview:
A Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of a product, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives. This role involves working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and company strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new features.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure successful product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs to inform product decisions.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.
- Monitor key product metrics and KPIs to ensure success.
- Collaborate with sales and customer support to ensure alignment between product and customer needs.
